We recognise that some of our overseas nurses require a more tailored learning solution compared to OSCE virtual bootcamp. A more focused approach may be to support the whole OSCE curriculum, or to just provide upskilling in specific segments of the OSCE curriculum. This more flexible approach can be arranged with our nurse trainers
Like the virtual bootcamp training will generally be provided online, however options do exist if a nurse wishes to practice their clinical skills face to face.
This tailored approach can be a good option for those nurses who do not require a full coverage of the OSCE syllabus, and would rather prefer to focus on certain areas of the course to strengthen their skill base or for nurses who would like to top-up virtual training with face to face hands on practice session.
The nurse will discuss their particular situation with the lead OSCE trainer, who will assess and advise the most suitable approach to support a successful outcome.
The time required is dependant on the nurse needs and will be agreed upfront with the nurse trainer.
Following training feedback is given, and contact is continued with your trainer through the support offered via email /WhatsApp.
